What started as a response to two painful reviews about communication turned into one of the most important decisions I’ve ever made as a photographer. At the time, I wasn’t full-time, I was juggling multiple jobs, and I definitely didn’t feel “ready” to outsource but I knew my client experience mattered too much to keep letting things slip.
